This module covers the most important appointment a patient can have at your practice – the New Patient Consultation.
Having a comprehensive new patient consultation and allocating sufficient time to understanding, forming a rapport with and collecting information from your patient is the foundation of modern, comprehensive, holistic healthcare.
Most problems that arise in clinical dental practice can usually be traced back to lack of proper information gathering, analysis, diagnosis and proper treatment planning as a result.
This module aims to ensure that every new patient is welcomed to the practice, made to feel the centre of attention and has their case comprehensively documented to be able to provide the best quality of information for future decision-making and treatment planning and consent.
