Complications are an inevitable part of implant dentistry - but knowing how to prevent and manage them is what defines clinical success.
Join Prof. Puria Parvini for an intensive 2-day, hands-on course combining evidence-based lectures, real clinical cases, and practical training. Learn how to prevent and manage surgical implant complications at every stage of treatment, from planning and surgery to post-operative care.
Covering topics including bleeding, nerve injury, implant positioning, grafting, soft tissue management, and clinical decision-making, you'll leave with practical protocols and the confidence to manage both routine and complex implant cases.
Whether you're new to implant dentistry or an experienced clinician, this course will help you achieve safer, more predictable outcomes.
Identify and manage surgical complications including bleeding, nerve injury, implant positioning errors, and soft tissue trauma.
Prevent and treat bone grafting complications such as graft exposure, membrane perforation, instability, and infection.
Improve treatment planning through accurate diagnostics, defect analysis, and selection of appropriate surgical techniques.
Manage post-operative complications including pain, infection, dehiscence, cover screw exposure, and graft complications.
Apply predictable protocols for GBR, grafting procedures, implant placement, and soft tissue management.
Enhance clinical decision-making through real case analysis and practical complication management strategies.
Timing: 9:00AM-17:00PM
