A practical, hands-on day equipping dental professionals with a thorough understanding and practical skills in ridge preservation and atraumatic tooth extraction, from case selection through to closure, healing and re-entry planning.
You'll cover atraumatic extraction techniques and specialised instruments (elevators, forceps, reverse handpieces, blades and curettes), with practical examples and hands-on experience, so you can implement these techniques confidently from day one.
Dentists who carry out extractions and want confident, predictable ridge preservation for future implant placement, whether or not you place implants yourself.
Is there an online option?
Yes. If you can't make an in-person date, an on-demand, self-paced online version covers the same material with step-by-step demonstrations.
