Aims

Objectives

Set up and operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras for intraoral and extraoral photography
Apply effective retraction, mirror, and contrastor techniques to achieve standardised clinical views
Modify and control light sources to enhance image quality and minimise common errors
Incorporate auxiliary equipment (mirrors, retractors, contrastors, flashes) to achieve consistent, professional results
Capture the full BACD Accreditation photography series to the required standard
Understand file management, organisation, and editing workflows for efficient case documentation
