Dr Mustafa Al Agha graduated from the Sixth October University (Egypt) in 2007. He has pursued further training from an early stage, learning from specialists across the globe. He completed an internship at Cairo University on graduation, followed by a higher dental diploma in Prosthodontics. He has also completed an MBA from Chifley Business School, Australia.
Dr Al Agha has spent several years in private practice, during which he gained an interest in Endodontics.
His passion drove him to complete a 3-year full-time specialty training programme in Endodontics at the University of Liverpool. He completed the Membership in Endodontics specialty examination with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MEndo RCSEd) in May 2019. Alongside his speciality training, Mustafa has completed a Doctorate in Endodontology (DDSc), with his main research project examining the impact of using magnification on endodontic access cavity preparation.
Mustafa has a passion for teaching. He is currently working as Clinical Lecturer in Endodontics at the University of Liverpool, and he has also delivered several private and NHS section 63 courses for general practitioners alongside Dr Ammar Al Hourani
